  • Biography
With an interest in the natural environment and signs of a past and lost life, I work with found objects and materials to make work that explores and experiments with ideas of survival, history, awareness, memory etc.
Finding echoes of past lives and signs of life and nature in simple found objects leads me to investigate shape, shadows, space, colour etc. and I work in both 2D and 3D, exploring materials and pushing my discoveries in new directions.
Colour, pattern and texture can become a focus in my sketchbook work, which can involve rubbings, printmaking, photography, drawing and collage.
