  • Biography
Working from my purpose built studio near Linlithgow in Scotland I have been designing and exhibiting sculpture and ceramics for over 30years.

The work I produce is mostly one-off, labour intensive hand-built, sculptural rather than functional, pieces. Wall installations are cast ,often in multiples, from moulds made from hand crafted ceramic originals.

I have represented the UK at prestigious Ceramic European and International juried competitions including Austria, Taiwan, Croatia, USA and UK.

Selected through Crafts Council to promote the best in contemporary UK craft abroad by Foreign and Commonwealth Office. My work in FCO permanent collection, displayed in the ambassador’s residence Islamabad.

27TH February - 1st March 2020 saw the presentation of a ceramic installation as the only artist from Scotland selected to exhibit at Collect Open held in Somerset House, London. Thanks to National Lottery funding through Creative Scotland and materials sponsorship from Potclays Ltd.
