Olivia Angus

I am Fashion Graduate from The University of Edinburgh, focussing primarily on tailoring, and accessories, with a passion for the communication and presentation of my graduate collection through magazine format. I am an organised and wellmotivated individual, coping well under pressure due to experience in fast paced environments, both throughout my education and inthe workplace. As part of my degree I have focussed on being commercially aware through research into high street, RTW, Couture andup and coming designers. Looking at how the industry is evolving, as well as highlighting and forecasting trends. I have a stronginterest in digital media and the influencer space, leading me to write my dissertation exploring “To what extent has social media andinfluencer culture had impact in shaping the fashion industries marketing strategies?”. I have also taken pride in being an ambassadorfor my peers throughout school and higher education, taking on roles such as Prefect, Charity committee chair and Cohort ambassadorfor the National Student Survey.
