  • Biography
I am primarily a Still Life painter.
Everyday objects like utensils, food, and books serve as vessels of human stories, reflecting our past, present, and future. My paintings invite viewers to explore their connections to these objects, uncovering layers of meaning and memory.
Through still life, I delve into the depths of memory, evoking emotions with colour and objects. Each object I paint tells a story, intertwining my history with that of the viewer.
I embrace distortion and abstraction to capture the character of the objects I paint, often stretching and bending shapes, viewpoints, and perspectives to convey the fluidity of memory. My art celebrates the human experience, highlighting the beauty and complexity of our shared existence.
Through colour and imagery, I aim to provoke contemplation, spark conversation, and foster a deeper connection to the world around us.
