MEET THE ARTIST

Through my practise I question what being a painter means in today's society, along with questioning what a painting as an object is and also what Painting as a subject is. I believe Painting should strive to be accessible to all, so in an attempt to make my work accessible I include a lot of humour, interaction, playfulness and everyday themes and materials, contradicting these with references to art history and its traditions and connotations.
