30X30 Artworks  -  Up to three unframed 30 x 30 works, Mounted on card

For stability and appearance, 2D work should be mounted on a 30cm x 30cm board and placed in a clear cellophane bag - Here Is an example on Amazon - We are not suggesting you buy from this account, it is just an example.  The cellophane is to protect your work throughout the exhibition. Alternatively you could purchase a roll of florist cellophane which can be purchased via florist suppliers, Amazon or eBay as an example.

The work itself can be smaller but must fit within 30cm x 30cm An example of 2D work mounted and wrapped in cellophane.

3D works must stay between the 30x30 guidelines and be clearly labelled on the bottom if possible. Jewellery should either be presented in a box or on a mounted card as per 2D works.

Sale Price: The sale price for 30x30 and Artist Editions must not exceed RRP £250, with sales commission included in the price. Commission will be taken in line with all work in the exhibition : 35% professional Members, 40% all others and Non Members. Artists will be notified of sales via email.

Artist Editions  -  Up to five works

Definition: This is defined as a reproduction of an original image, designed as a group or multiples and produced under its original artist. Bronze castings, photographs, artist proof prints, etchings, lithographs and other works on paper are some of the most common types of works in editions. Because each piece in an edition is produced separately, each is unique. While editions are produced as a set, each is treated as an original artwork because each is created individually by an artist, making them a special case in the art market.
