Having worked outdoors all my life, I have always felt a connection with the landscape. Particularly Cumberland and Scotland.
Whether walking the hills or fells or the lower paths by burns, becks, river and Loch l find myself pondering how the landscape has evolved over millions of years and hasn't really been tamed by man and has its own mysterious charm. Showing us it's power, how quickly the light appears and disappears with skies of rain clouds and mist or when the sun breaks through on the side of a fell or hill highlighting the rocks or pathways.
Currently work ongoing with Dacre Arts, professional since 2006 having several solo exhibitions, and work in major private collections all over the world.
